With many years of experience in the areas development and production of electroplated and technically challenging plastic parts, we are able to fulfill the highest requirements for surfaces in the automotive industry. Using numerous finishing and processing methods, we can satisfy the demanding requirements of the market and our customers.
We develop and produce high-quality plastic parts for the interior and exterior, which are then finished and assembled in subsequent processing steps. We provide research, development and production from a single source. Based on our customers’ specifications, we develop innovative solutions, accompany the process until it is ready for series production, and then produce the high-quality component. Injection molding
Effective Production
Our core competence lies in the production of highly complex plastic components, which are finished in further production steps by means of painting and electroplating. We specialize in multicomponent injection molding and the production of radiator grilles with light inclusion. Increasingly close digital monitoring of our modern machinery enables us to achieve a high level of precision in our manufacturing processes. A high degree of automation in the production process allows us to reduce unnecessary and environmentally harmful processes and procedures.
Electroplating
An Innovative Process
Equipped with state-of-the-art electroplating plants, we produce high-quality electroplated surfaces for the premium segment of the automotive industry. Our test electroplating facility enables us today to develop the products of tomorrow, making us an industry leader. Since early 2020, we are able to produce chrome (VI)-free.
Painting
Showing our Colors
Using our modern large-surface and robotic painting equipment, we are able to paint various plastics with a high degree of automation. We are one step ahead because partial painting of individual component contours and the combination of injection-compression molding and painting result in our high-performance surfaces that fulfill our customers’ high requirements.

In recent years, we have greatly expanded our expertise in the field of lighting and electronics. This way, we are able to react flexibly to customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Assembly
Ultra-Precision
Our assembly devices combine many different processes. By means of bonding, ultrasonic welding, joining and hot stamping, we can join the individual component parts together. Variants are checked by camera or sensor, cycle times can be clocked automatically in the system – using the latest assembly technology, the finished end product is created. Occupational safety and ergonomics are among our top priorities in this manufacturing process as well.
