It is time. Time for something new, time for MORE. Time to go new ways.
Since the beginning of 2021, we have embarked on an exciting journey. WE, that is the Marketing team, which is organizationally docked to the new Corporate Development division.
In July 2021, we laid the foundation for the digitization project with the “Hello Future” event. The introduction or integration of M365 is a dynamic process that is managed by the various players within the organization (project team, GF, employees at all levels of the company). We as Team Marketing are shaping this cultural change as part of the project team.
We want to show MORE. MORE from GERHARDI. Our goal is that all GERHARDIANS speak the same language. This means that we want to define uniform communication rules internally and externally and establish them within the company. In addition to the relaunch of the website, the company presentation and all corporate media will also receive a modernization.
Together with the human resources department and the plant management, we would like to plan some activities for the GERHARDIANS in the future. Our goal is to show that GERHARDI is an attractive employer in the South Westphalia region and in the Ibbenbüren area.
We are fortunate that our new advertising agency from Karlsruhe, the MARKENTRAINER accompanies us on our way to identify together with us the MORE of GERHARDI and to recreate the GERHARDI brand.
