GERHARDI is the world’s first supplier to the AUDI Group to produce a component with a chromium VI-free final layer for the exterior.
We at GERHARDI, who have introduced chromium VI-free production even before the legal deadline set by the REACH regulation at the end of 2021, are the world’s first supplier to the AUDI Group in the exterior sector to produce a component with a chromium VI-free final layer. The component C8A7 chrome frame has already been successfully tested. The process changeover took place during ongoing series production.
On the way to the automotive future GERHARDI once again shows “more” and as a reliable and innovative supplier sets significant milestones in the areas of environmental protection and employee safety.
